Overview
Ayeb Solutions needed a professional digital presence that could do more than simply present information. The website was designed as a complete agency platform combining a modern public-facing experience with an internal content and lead management system. The platform includes a CMS for managing website content, portfolio projects, blog articles, testimonials, founder information, media, and global site settings. It also includes contact lead management, CRM analytics, search, SEO infrastructure, sitemap generation, RSS, and automated email delivery. The website was built with a modern full-stack architecture and deployed for production use on Vercel. The result is a scalable foundation that allows the agency to manage its digital presence and incoming leads without relying on manual code changes for everyday content updates.

Ayeb Solutions needed a professional digital platform that could represent its technology capabilities while also giving the team control over website content, portfolio projects, blog publishing, media, and incoming client enquiries. The goal was to build more than a marketing website. The platform needed to provide a scalable foundation for managing the agency's digital presence and supporting future business growth.

We designed and developed a full-stack agency platform combining a modern public website with an internal content management and lead management system. The platform allows administrators to manage core website content, portfolio projects, blog posts, testimonials, founder information, media assets, and global site settings without requiring code changes for everyday content operations. The contact system also connects incoming enquiries with CRM functionality and automated email delivery, creating a central workflow for managing potential clients.
Development approach
The project was developed around a modular full-stack architecture with reusable components and content-driven pages. The development process focused on establishing the website foundation first, followed by the public-facing experience, CMS functionality, portfolio and blog systems, lead management, search, SEO infrastructure, and production deployment. The system was then tested across its major content and operational workflows before being prepared for production.
